About the Job
Beachbody is seeking an analytical and strategic thinker to report directly to the Director of Corporate Development and Strategy. The Corporate Development Analyst will work closely with the business development team to identify, research, and analyze new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and MA activity.
Tasks Activities
· Perform financial analysis – including opportunity sizing, financial modeling, ROI analysis, and sensitivity analysis – to assess key opportunities such as potential acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and partnerships.
· Conduct due diligence to vet targets, including gathering data, performing analysis, and presenting cogent findings.
· Prepare presentation materials for internal and external audiences, such as target company presentations, industry trends analysis, and opportunity assessments.
· Conduct research and analysis on market trends, the competitive landscape, target companies, and specific business opportunities.
Requirements
· BS Degree and minimum two years related work experience.
· Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm highly preferred
· Superior problem solving and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative).
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
