Corporate Development Director – Luxury Goods recruitment
Our client is a fast growing financial institution who already owns luxury goods assets in Asia. As part of their ongoing expansion plans they are looking to acquire further assets in Europe. Part of the role with entail growing an existing retail business ready for IPO with the addition of bolt on assets. There will also be ongoing principal investment in the luxury goods market.
The relevant candidate will be expected to establish an office in London and grow a small team in the short to medium term.
In order to be considered you will have:
- Strong corporate finance skills gained through working in MA or ECM
- An interest in the luxury goods market
- Entrepreneurial flair
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Exposure to the Asian market / clients will be useful
- French language skills useful
- Knowledge of UKLA rules useful
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
