Corporate Development/ Internal M&A Analyst – FTSE 100 recruitment
Our client is a FTSE 100 corporate, who are now looking to add a corporate development analyst to their MA team. This group works on the execution of MA, major capital investments, join ventures and disposals for the group. The team is quite small but is composed of talented ex bankers.
You can expect involvement in financial modelling, valuations, due diligence, meeting targets, negotiation, and the execution of the deal to completion. You can expect to be busy as the group is extremely acquisitive. Its a great role.
Candidates will work in the MA teams of the major investment banks, where you will have a strong track record of deal execution. Due to the salary (max base to about £60,000) you are probably going to be at the 2nd/ 3rd year level with your current firm.
