Job Description
- Support the Central Planning Business Development Team to execute and implement the strategic development plan for the Group.
- Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development and Corporate Finance; You will e valuate acquisition targets and strategic initiatives. Evaluate new territory acquisition targets
- Support the Head of Corporate Development with the entire project management of the strategic target/initiatives, post acquisition project management and post acquisition stabilisation and integration into the group in addition to on-going operational development project management.
- Reporting to the Group Planning and Analysis Manager: helping the individual business units with preparation and subsequent presentation of station reports, forecasts, quarterly financial reports and annual budget submissions as well as benchmarking of operations.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent financial modelling and valuations skills, and strong commercial awareness.
- Ideally looking for an ACA with 4 year Post qualified experience ideally within another corporate development team, and some Asian focus would be a plus.
- Associate - VP level from a leading investment bank, ideally within an FMCG or related team
- Good interpersonal skills. Patience and diplomacy. A range of influencing skills
