A growing, global and acquisitive FTSE 100 business is currently looking to add a Corporate Development Manager to it’s central London Head Office. The role will provide day to day exposure to senior executives, a global focus and genuine progression prospects in a business that likes to promote from within.
The role will be acquisition focused and will cover the full acquisition cycle; from research and analysis, through to valuations work and operating controls.
More specifically, the main areas of responsibility will be:
· Research and Analysis
· Managing the acquisitions process
· Valuation work and returns analysis
· Maintaining and developing acquisition operating controls and mechanisms
· Relationship building with senior executives
Candidates will possess a full accountancy qualification (ideally ACA) and will have prior experience of managing an acquisitions process, ideally gained within a ‘big 4’ or banking environment. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate ambition, a commercial mindset, international experience and strong communication skills.
