Corporate Development Manager at FTSE 100 recruitment
My client is activly looking to hire an experienced corporate development professional due to increased levels of acquisitions planned for 2012/13. The role will involve working directly with senior members of the company, advising on external growth opporutnities as well as corporate strategy, preparing financial analysis material and performing business/company valuations. This role offers a fantastic career path in a corporate development team likely to be very busy for the next couple of years at least and will certainly appeal to those looking to get involved in more acquisitions as opposed to just restructuring/performing company valuations day-in day-out with no end product.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years MA advisory/consulting experience with at least 2 years gained within industry. Our client is flexible however applicants with bulge bracket or Big 4 Accounting firms on their CVs are preferred. MBAs from top business schools will be looked upon favourably.
