Corporate Development Manager, FTSE Industrials Group recruitment
Our client is a world leading FTSE industrials group.
They are now looking to add a Corporate Development Manager to their team, who will work on the execution of mergers, acquisitions, investments, corporate development and strategic planning. The position will also offer the sucessful candidate the opportunity to work on commercial and strategic projects across the group. The position will work for the Corporate Development Director and you will be part of a small but high profile team.
They are interested in meeting candidates who will have a background as follows:
• Corporate development or strategy professionals from other corporates, probably at the senior manager or assistant director level
• Investment banking professionals/ possibly advisors from the major accounting firms where you will be at the senior manager/ assistant director
Candidates will have strong experience in deal execution and will probably have between 5 - 10 years + experience
