This small flat team enjoys fantastic exposure to the leadership team, it is essential that applicants have both the gravitas, able to work with Board members as well as the enthusiasm to roll their sleeves up and delve into the analysis. The aim of the position is to maximise value and mitigate risk through challenging and supporting Business Partners to make the best decisions in corporate finance enabling expansion across Asia
The Role
Continuously monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to help identify new business opportunities
Evaluate business and corporate development opportunities (strategic investment and MA transactions)
Originate MA deals
Manage the deal execution process from due diligence all the way through post-merger integration
The suitable candidate must have
At least 4 years experience in investment banking, private equity, VC and/or in a corporate development function
Understanding of financial modeling and valuation
Deal experience in SE Asia, India or Australia would be an advantage
