Driving the internal merger and acquisition activity – tasked with identifying new opportunities, executing deals and ensuring compliance with our own and regulatory governance throughout the process.
Typically they look to hire FIG analysts (2/3) due to the technical valuation skills needed involving DDM valuations
You would be working within a fast paced exciting enviroment environment in a multi national, collegiate team environment, often working on highly confidential transactions which require overseas travel to analyse and negotiate deals.
The team also works closely with some of Barclays most senior leaders, and colleagues from areas including Legal, Tax, Finance, Strategy Planning and Risk
They have had very little turnover in the group and offer great career opportunities further down the line.
