Corporate Development Manager
My client is a well-known insurance company looking to further establish their presence in various insurance markets throughout Asia. As a cash rich organisation, my client has a strong strategic plan to grow their business through both organically and inorganically. My client is currently looking for a capable and hands-on individual to join their Corporate Development team.
As a key member of this highly qualified team, you will have direct involvement with the end to end process of Corporate Development. You will be involved with conducting market research and analysis for identifying potential acquisition targets. You will take part in designing and implementing MA and partnership growth projects.
To ensure success, your will come from a solid corporate development and distribution background. You will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry across Asia. You will have negotiation skills as well as business awareness. You will have strong ability to work independent and a strong drive to succeed. With your 7 years of experience in corporate development and MA, you will be rewarded with one of the most exciting opportunities in the Insurance industry.
