Corporate Development Manager/Senior Manager recruitment
In this senior role, your focus will be to lead the junior members of the Corporate Development team in the investment approval process by working with asset managers and other external parties. You will develop and utilise the whole of life financial model to support business development teams in evaluating acquisitions or financing of projects in the natural resources sector which include both greenfield and brownfield.
Working as part of a dynamic business development team, you will undertake financial and risk analysis of investment opportunities through the preparation and interpretation of financial models and data, presenting the results to internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will provide analytical support for the existing businesses working with asset managers to ensure complete analysis and comparison of project performance against investment objectives.
We are seeking a tertiary-qualified candidate with at least 7 years of relevant work experience in MA deal transactions. You will need to be able to manage the deal from the start to end process, and be experienced in contract negotiations.
