Several of my clients (FTSE 100 Fast Track) are currently looking to add to their in-house MA function; providing excellent opportunities for career progression post-qualification, in many cases a largely improved work/life balance, exposure to various senior leadership teams and high net worth individuals and greater operational and strategic insight into how huge national and international businesses are run
Currently working on mandates across the following sectors:
- FMCG (Consumer Products, Retail, Food Beverage)
- Financial Services (Banks Insurers)
- Technology, Media Telecommunications
Typically roles will include:
- Due diligence, financial analysis/modelling, company valuations
- Strategic input for potential MA targets and origination
- Deal negotiation execution (with either in-house team and/or external advisors)
- Post-merger evaluation and integration
- Regular reports to senior individuals (Board level)
I am interested in looking at Chartered Accountants (ACA only) from the Big 4 Accountancy firms with corporate finance and excellent financial modelling skills (TS is not enough).
