Corporate Development / Strategy and Commercial Manager, Private Equity-backed Consumer FMCG group. West London, £55k
The client is relying on its internal Business Development Strategy function to execute a buy and build strategy over the next 5 years. The role of BD, Strategy and Commercial manager will include looking at organic and inorganic growth prospects for the firm as well as group strategy and planning and carries lots of responsibility, reporting directly to the CFO and also communicating frequently with the Fund managers backing the company.
The ideal candidates will likely be ACA qualified and come from the Corporate Finance / MA lead advisory teams from the BIG 4 firms and possess between 1-2 years PQE experience. Our client is flexible and will also look at MA experience gained at an investment bank or corporate finance advisory boutique. Consumer / Retail transaction experience is preferential but not a pre-requisite.
