This is one of the world's largest Banking Groups which is on an acquisition phase. This ticks all of the boxes for an acquisitions and divestiture opportunity in that it is incredibly varied and gives you direct exposure to the senior team.
The role
- Evaluate profitability of possible new lines of business or entry into new markets
- Set strategy and source potential MA and investment targets
- Research targets with precision and attention to detail ready to present back regularly to the business
- Determine valuation for targets and quantify all risks
- Prepare supporting business models
- Manage some of the communication between external business advisors and internal business units
- Conduct all due diligence in conjunction with in-house finance and legal teams
- Support general corporate finance initiatives and ad hoc CFO requests
Key Requirements
- You must have knowledge of FIG Insurance MA
- You will have 2/3 years experience in the above
- The above guidelines are quite strict
