Corporate Development Vice President (8-10 years FIG M&A experience) recruitment
The Corporate Development team plays a huge part in supporting plans for global growth, advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, strategic alliances and joint ventures.
The team has a truly global remit, often working on highly confidential transactions which require overseas travel to analyse and negotiate deals. Team members also work closely with some of the most senior leaders, and colleagues from areas including Legal, Tax, Finance, Strategy Planning, and Risk.
The right person will have experience running the day to day execution and be able to manage and develop the junior resources within the team. You will be a self motivated, hands on and driven individual who thrives in a team environment.
