Corporate Development/Strategy Manager – Germany based – Competitive recruitment
My client is a leading European media firm headquartered in Munich. They cover the full range of media offerings, from TV and radio to online and digital, and various internet brands.
They are seeking an exceptional strategy professional for a corporate development role; the ideal candidate will be coming out of one of the top global consultancies with experience in the sector.
Description of the role:
- Manage projects, including financial and commercial due diligence, strategic projects and operational initiatives across all divisions.
- Working closely with senior management with a direct report to the Head of Strategy
- Managing junior team members
- Co-ordinating cross divisional efficiency and strategy projects with teams across business units.
You will have:
- Around three years experience in a leading management consultancy, or in a media strategy team
- Experience and knowledge of the technology, TMT, Media or Digital Industries
- Excellent academic track record; degree in business administration or economics from a reputable university
- Fluent in English and German; additional language are a bonus
- Entrepreneurial personality, having displayed leadership skills and qualities
