Job Description
The primary purpose of this role will be to raise awareness of the Case IH brand, products and initiatives in North America among dealers and customers (existing and prospective). This position will focus on the day-to-day management of Case IH corporate events and support the execution of Case IH consumer events, with a budget responsibility in excess of $1MM/year. This position also supports the development of marketing communications plans to ensure alignment with Case IH vision, mission and objectives and overall Case IH objectives. This position will be located in Racine, WI.
Duties:
Key areas of responsibility for this position include:
•Lead the development of corporate events strategy, messaging, communication, and internal team coordination.
•Supervise event management partner in development and execution of corporate events logistics.
•Spearhead development of corporate events themes and messaging and manage creative agency to execute.
•Lead daily budget management, monthly budget reconciliation and quarterly forecasting for assigned cost center.
•With Case IH North America Marketing Communications Manager and team, develop annual corporate events plan that aligns with Case IH North America needs.
•Support Senior Project Manager, Product Launches with execution of consumer-facing event experiences at Case IH agriculture expos, farm shows and training events, including VIP event development and execution, on-site logistics, asset execution, etc.
•Flawlessly execute corporate and consumer events on schedule and within budget while achieving Case IH marketing, communications and consumer experience objective. Vendor contracts valued at $1MM annually.
•This position requires a high-level of collaborative interaction with internal and external stakeholders, as well as Case IH senior management.
Anticipated allocation of time:
•Corporate events development and execution: 75%
•Consumer events execution: 25%
Anticipated travel:
•25-50% depending on time of year
Requirements
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree required. Preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
•5-10 years’ experience in marketing communications with experience in events management and execution.
•Professional, energetic and composed demeanor as well as experience interacting with senior executives.
•Proven track record of effective and positive agency partner management.
•Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple complex projects and timelines and work under pressure.
•Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organization.
•Knowledge of needs of dealer/franchisee networks is a must.
