Corporate Finance – Analyst recruitment
Working alongside senior members in the Corporate Finance team, you will be responsible for the origination of active mandates, as well as the project management and execution of the tasks in a transaction which comprises advisory services within mergers and acquisitions, equity capital transactions and financial restructurings in Southeast Asia. You will get to work on deals across different industries, in particular industrials and consumers.
We are seeking a qualified candidate with a strong background in investment banking and 1-2 years of Corporate Finance experience.
Only candidates based in Asia will be considered for this role.
