Our Corporate Finance Division provides commercial and strategic advice to a range of public, private and ASX listed companies. As an Advisor you will require an ability to deal with a wide array of corporate finance engagements and client types. This role will operate as a member of a small cohesive team focussed on delivering high quality work and achieving the business outcomes required of the unit. A team approach will be essential to succeed in the role, and candidates should be prepared to manage individual assignments from start to finish. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential. This role will provide exposure to the following corporate finance work:
- Mergers Acquisitions
- Transaction Services including Due Diligence
- Valuations and Independent Experts Reports Financial Analysis and Financial Modelling
- Corporate Advisory
You will hold a degree in either Commerce/Business/Law or Economics and have a minimum 2 - 4 years accounting, financial analysis or finance experience. FINSIA/ICAA/CPA qualifications will be highly regarded. An audit/corporate advisory/investment background would be beneficial for the candidate to succeed in the role.
