Corporate Finance Analyst
With a focus on south-east Asia, the successful candidate’s responsibilities include:
- Assist with MA transactions, providing origination, structuring and execution support to international and local clients
- Conduct in-depth company and sector research, analysing data and drawing financial and strategic conclusions
- Develop financial models
- Contribute to the execution workstreams on transactions including production of presentation materials, drafting information memorandums, valuation paper, participate in due diligence activities and develop financial models
Requirements:
- Graduate from a recognised university
- At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance and/or MA
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
- Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Be ambitious, motivated and have the drive to succeed
- Fluency in English
