We are working on behalf of one the leading Investment Banking Boutiques in London looking for analysts to join their Corporate Finance Advisory MA and Restructuring teams. The firm advise corporations and institutions on a variety of capital structure, restructuring and financing situations and are looking for Analysts to join the growing organisation.

The role

You will be joining a world renowned brand, with offices worldwide and will be surrounded by individuals that are leaders in their field. As a top tier organisation you will be competing against other Bulge Bracket and boutique organisations, getting exposure to an incredible variety of work and experience that will not only better your CV but give you an un matched training base.

As well as advisory and restructuring you will be getting exposure to MA and capital markets, client work, pitch books and presentations. This will be across a variety of sectors giving you an excellent opportunity to learn and gain a preference for sector focus. We are looking for top tier individuals who have exceptional talent and ambitions to join a leading worldwide organisation and begin/ continue a career in Investment Banking, Advisory and Restructuring.

Key Requirements

We are looking at a variety of backgrounds to fill this position; the two preferred are outlined below...

1. You will be an ACA studier (due to qualify 2012) or qualified chartered accountant with your experience coming from within a top 5 accountancy firm within their Corporate Finance, SSG, Restructuring, Transactional Services, Insolvency or related team. You will be within the top 5% in your team and will be able to show that you can add value and be dynamic within a demanding and pressured environment.

2. Tier one Investment Bank or Boutique, MA experience, generalist or sector focussed with 18 months -3 years experience

You will have a strong education background and if you have languages or additional qualifications these are beneficial. This position is highly sort after so please apply asap.
