Corporate Finance Analyst
The Challenge
An immediate opportunity has arisen within an Irish owned company for a Corporate Finance Analyst. The role will involve working with a team of experienced professionals who provide an advisory services on corporate transactions including Mergers Acquisitions, Capital re-structuring, Debt and Equity raising, MBO's / MBI's and trade sales.
Specifically the role will involve:
- Providing support in the execution of MA transactions, corporate finance assignments, and commercial real estate restructurings
- Supporting senior management in all aspects of business development
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations for pitches
- Preparation of information memoranda and teaser documents
- Analyse data and display information in graphs and other formats as required
- Internet based research on new and existing mandates
- Financial statement analysis
- Preparation of financial models
- Creation of detailed memoranda and presentations describing the key features of client companies / transactions
- Liaising with clients, service providers and other intermediaries
The Candidate
The role will suit candidates with prior experience of working in a similar role. The candidate must possess excellent analytical and financial modelling skills, be strongly motivated and possess a high degree of computer literacy. First rate communication and interpersonal skills are also required for the role.

The client is a well known boutique Corporate Finance and advisory firm with its Irish operation located in Dublin City Centre.
