Corporate Finance Analyst recruitment

• General support of senior bankers and team members in various roles related to Mergers Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets transactions in the Metals Mining sector;

• Preparation of pitch books, marketing/teaser documents, management presentations and investment memoranda;

• Analysis of industry-specific trends, valuation practices and precedent corporate transactions;

• Comparables-based valuation and benchmarking analyses;

• Financial modeling and discounted cash flow valuation analysis;

• Due diligence on client companies/assets,

• Communication with client management teams   and various other parties to transactions,   including auditors, lawyers and sector-specific technical experts.
