Corporate Finance Analysts / Associates / VPs for Boutique recruitment
Sapia Partners is a London based investment management and corporate finance firm focused on UK and European fixed income and private equity transactions. Due to the firm’s continuing success and growth we wish to hire additional professionals at Analyst/Associate/VP level to assist the Partners in growing the Corporate Finance practice.
Our business is transaction focussed and we are looking for team members with entrepreneurial drive as well as the following skill-set:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written in English and ideally German
- Some experience in investment placement activities and preparation of investment memoranda / presentations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior management
- Technical skills: some financial modelling
- Typically, candidates will have investment banking experience in Debt/Equity capital markets, possibly Sales desks or in general Corporate Finance Advisory
- Academics: university degree, MBA or accounting background
