Leading firm currently looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Assistant Manager to join their Corporate Finance and Transaction Services team. This firm takes pride in providing a personal service to their clients, led by their partners, who work closely with clients to understand their requirements and present practical solutions to tackle their current concerns and plan for the future.This is a Top Accountancy Practice that provides services for small to medium sized enterprises (SME’s) including start-ups and family run businesses, large organisations, and divisions of multi-national corporations. They also provide specialist services to other organisations, for example solicitors, pension schemes, charities and the farming community. We also have a substantial Private Client practice Insolvency presence.This is a varied role which will involve working with the corporate finance director partners on financial due diligence assignments, bank lending reviews, assisting clients with acquisitions, sales or mergers and preparing financial forecasts and business valuation reports. This is an opportunity for someone to join and help grow a young but busy part of our business. You will work closely with the director and partners and have a good exposure to clients and third party businesses on assignments.You will be ACA qualified (with post qualification experience) able to demonstrate strong analytical approach with a logical, systematic approach.
