Corporate Finance Assistant Manger
My client is a global organisation looking to recruit at Assistant Manager or Manager level within their Corporate Finance division. This position will be based within Edinburgh city centre and will require some travel throughout the central belt. The Corporate Finance Advisory team advises their clients on acquisitions, disposals, valuations and capital raising. Key clients you will be working include: management teams, private equity funds and corporate clients ranging from £10m to £1bn turnover. This position is due to growth of the team.
The Corporate team offers expertise in Restructuring, Corporate Finance Advisory, Raising Capital, Forensic, Real Estate Advisory and Transactions. We also provide a number of specialist services, including Business Modelling, Valuations, and Economic Consulting.
You will be working on a range of transactions throughout Scotland, assisting in processing a transaction which includes preparation of information memoranda, management presentations, valuation analysis and day to day management of information and client communications, transaction analysis, valuation projects and modelling of private equity deals.
In order to apply for this position you will need to have a CA (or equivalent) qualification (but it is not essential depending on other experience), a logical approach to problem solving and client focus and the ability to build and maintain client relations. It is essential that you are a strong team player and have good business acumen.
