Corporate Finance Associate, Mid Market blue chip advisor
Our client is a blue chip corporate finance advisory firm based in London. They have established themselves as a premier name in the UK mid market space, and have worked with a number of expanding listed and non listed companies in recent years. They work on mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, listing work, corporate broking and advisory. Many of their clients are highly entrepreneurial.
They are now looking to add an associate to their team. The roles will work on the execution and management of deals and transactions.
Candidates will have a background as follows:
- MA advisors from other blue chip advisory firms, ACAs from the Big Four accounting firms. Ideally you will have corporate finance experience but we will look at a great ACA from audit
- Great UK client deal sheet (unless a great auditor)
- Great deal execution experience (unless a great auditor)
