Corporate Finance Associate recruitment
Our client, a highly-regarded full service bank, is currently seeking an exceptional Associate to join the Corporate Broking team. This role will provide excellent exposure to well-respected Directors while being part of a stable and successful Broking team working across IPOs, secondary offerings, refinancing, valuations and primary/secondary fundraising.
Responsibilities include:
• Drafting high quality marketing materials and information memorandums.
• Providing complex financial valuation models.
• Communicating effectively with external clients and investor community.
• Supporting senior management with new business development and marketing efforts.
Candidates will display an outstanding academic record and a proven record of achievement within a reputable investment bank. Candidates will have excellent valuation and financial modeling skills. Successful candidates will be rewarded with an excellent opportunity to progress within highly rated team with excellent exposure to senior management.
