Working for one of the leading MA and Restructuring Boutiques in their London office. The international firm has offices world wide and has been expanding significantly for the last 5 years. You will be joining an organisation that has an exceptional brand, an outstanding reputation not only for their work but also as a place to work.
The role
We have positions within the MA and Restructuring teams, both work very closely so you will have exposure to both MA transactions as well as Restructuring mandates. Your responsibilities will include but not be restricted to:
- Origination Execution of MA and Restructuring Mandates
- Debt Equity Financings
- Valuation and Due Diligence
Key Requirements
- ACA Qualified from a leading Accountancy practice
- Experience within Transaction Services, Restructuring or Corporate Finance essential
- Ambitious, bright and driven candidates with exceptional communication skills
