They are seeking individuals that have the experience and know-how to originate new business and would ideally have an existing client base to bring with them into a new role. In return, you will have the freedom to develop and organise your own part of the business to drive your business development activities, whilst sharing the extensive combined network of 9 other very experienced and connected senior professionals.
The company operates a very flat hierarchy and aims to build a small but growing team of highly motivated individuals who are focussed on providing an excellent, trusted advisor service. Pay scales are competitive and there is a generous bonus system in place.
