Corporate Finance Executive
A top 10 accountancy practice in the City requires a Newly Qualified Executive to join its expanding Corporate Finance team. The firm has witnessed significant growth in this area and so can offer significant responsibility and clear career progression. In the corporate finance arena the firm support and advise clients through the life-cycle of their business: funding, buying, growing, floating and selling.
The purpose of this role is to predominantly to assist client with mergers, acquisitions and other complex transactions. You will work with the Corporate Finance Director to deliver assigned project work and manage and meet client expectations. In order to be considered for this exciting role you must be a recently qualified ACA or ACCA, have excellent academics (including a 2.1 degree and first time passes in your Accountancy exams) and have demonstrable exposure to Corporate Finance. You should have trained at a large Accountancy practice and be looking to specialise in Corporate Finance.
