The Challenge
An immediate opportunity has arisen within an Irish owned company for a Corporate Finance Executive. The role will involve working with a team of experienced professionals who provide an advisory services on corporate transactions including Mergers Acquisitions, Capital re-structuring, Debt and Equity raising, MBO's / MBI's and trade sales.
The Candidate
The role will suit a first rate graduate with from a highly numerical discipline (Maths, Actuary, Engineering). The candidate must possess excellent analytical and modelling skills, be strongly motivated and possess a high degree of computer literacy. First rate communication and interpersonal skills are also required for the role.
The Company
The client is a well known boutique Corporate Finance and advisory firm with its Irish operation located in Dublin City Centre.
