Corporate Finance Executive recruitment
Our client is a leading Global Advisory firm and offers the complete suite of professional services. Their offering includes audit assurance, corporate advisory, corporate recovery, enterprise advisers and tax consulting services.
Due to ongoing growth new positions has become available in their corporate finance division for a Corporate Finance Analyst and a Corporate Finance Executive specialising in Transaction Advisory Services. In these roles duties will include:
- Assisting Management in the performance of due diligence, IPO assignments and other various projects as required
- Reviewing and interpreting financial statements and other financial data
- Preparing detailed analysis to illustrate key business drivers and performance indicators
The successful candidates will have a proven background in Corporate Finance or experience in Audit / Accounting from either Big 4 or Mid Tier firm with a strong desire to move into the Corporate Finance Sector. You will need a minimum of 2-3 years local relevant experience. You will be an effective communicator, very motivated, highly analytical and have a thorough understanding of the Australian Accounting Framework.
