Salary Range up to A$120,000
Large Investment Banking and Corporate Advisory team banking organisation requires a fairly junior level resource to support the core advisory team responsible for the major/high value transactions in the Asia-Pac markets.
To be considered for this role it is absolutely essential that you have previous experience working on deal flows that have included acquisition finance, financial optimisation, refinancing and corporate finance and valuations. This experience would ideally have been gained from within an investment bank, boutique, private equity or corporate advisory and have been based in Australia.
The specifics are as below
- The modeling of acquisitions and refinancing. 3 way merger modeling training and experience would be essential
- Understanding and experience in corporate finance valuations – DCF, comparable multiples, EPS accretion/dilution, WACC
- MA advisory transaction experience
This is a very good role for graduate who has worked for 1 - 2 years in a high functioning corporate finance role and wants to know take more modeling and client-facing responsibilities. The role is specifically targeted at the high achieving, ambitious and the ‘ahead of curve’ analyst. Excellent academics and references are expected as standard.
Candidates without the modeling, M/A and corporate finance experience should not apply.
