Corporate Finance Intern recruitment
KBR differentiates through the ability to develop new, out-of-the-box solutions and very high compliance standards. Since inception we have advised individual transactions of up to EUR 4bn mainly in Germany and Latin America.
Frankfurt and Buenos Aires are regional hubs providing product capacities also to the other offices. In Frankfurt we currently employ eight professionals. We service blue chip corporates, financial institutions and promising growth companies, following a relationship based approach typically working for our clients’ CEOs directly. Going forward we aim to further broaden our client base in Europe and Latin America through both leveraging our track record and new international representatives.
Description of Position
At KBR, interns can expect a valuable learning environment alongside a highly qualified and experienced international team of professionals. Interns are given real responsibility and full exposure to transactions given our lean team set up. Tasks will include, inter alia:
- Market research and analysis on corporate finance transactions
- Analysis of corporate financial statements
- Company valuations across all key valuation methodologies (comparables, cash flow based modeling)
- Drafting presentations for current and prospective projects

Qualification
Prospective interns are highly driven students in their last semesters of studies in economics, business, finance or related fields. They should have completed at least one prior internship in related fields and be willing to work in a loose and dynamic environment taking on real responsibility for their work. Successful interns will demonstrate a good command of English and German and a strong interest in Corporate Finance.
