Our market leading MA Advisory Team is involved in the leading Mergers and Acquisitions in Australia and globally. We are a dedicated and nationally integrated team of 175 professionals who thrive on working with clients to deliver transactions.
Due to continued growth we are seeking an Associate Director to join our dynamic team, which is the leading independent corporate adviser in Australasia. Your new challenge will see you involved in:
- Managing global deals with international and national blue chip clients, emerging companies and private equity firms
- Generating sales opportunities
- Coaching and mentoring a dynamic team
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven MA advisory experience in a banking or professional services environment
- Strong business development skills and an understanding of the Brisbane market
- Well developed project management and communications skills
- Outstanding team leadership skills
- Strong MS Office skills (including Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- A relevant post-graduate qualification (for example CA, CFA or MBA) will be highly regarded
