Leading US Corporate Finance House that has consistently grown throughout the last 5 years and has offices world wide. We are looking for analyst level (3) or ACA (Lead Advisory or Transaction Services)candidates to join the London office which contrary to the brand name has a more boutique feel to it. The firm has grown by over 50% in this location in recent years and offers a superb development and progression structure.

You will gain exposure to clients from day one and be expected to build relationships with clients at a variety of levels.

The role

Working within MA you will perform a variety of roles. As an Analyst in the Generalist Group you will be exposed to a variety of cross boarder transactions mainly in Industrials, Consumer, retail etc) . You will gain client exposure from day one and have the opportunity to add value and gain exposure to their breadth of consulting services. Day to day work will include but not be restricted to:

- Due Diligence, Valuation and execution of distressed restructuring and MA Transactions
- Company, business and asset valuation
- Preparation of IM's, management presentations and marketing pitches
- Marketing and planning strategy
- Building relationships with clients, prospective clients and professional advisors

Key Requirements

- ACA Qualified (or equivalent) or soon to be qualified summer 2012
- Top 5 Firm or banking background
- Experience within a relevant team i.e. Restructuring, Corporate Finance (MA) and Transaction Services etc.
- Leading education background
