Our client is currently looking to appoint a Corporate Finance Manager to work in their Head Office. The successful applicant will lead a highly successful team in the Sydney market, which is one of the largest teams in Sydney. The role encompasses all aspects of Corporate Finance including due diligence, valuations, M A, financial modelling, independent expert reports, investigating accountants, litigation support, strategic advice and business sale advice. The role will report to Senior Managers and will require liaison with all levels of staff and multiple departments.
To be considered for this role, you will be working as a Corporate Finance Manager within a practice and have experience in the duties listed above. You will have experience managing engagements from start to finish, with due diligence being a major focus.
Ideally you will have advanced research and report writing skills and approximately 4-5 years experience in a similar role within the profession.
CA/ CPA or CFA qualifications are essential.
