Corporate Finance Manager
Acquisitive multi-national Energy company based in Central London is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract. Top candidates will be able to evidence previous deal execution including arranging Equity or Debt Finance through Financial Institutions.
This newly created position will be a driving force within the business, investigating potential investment opportunities, leading MA activity, and advising on business cases with the overall view of the business to improve growth and facilitate greater profitability. Specifically focussing on the UK Renewable energy market, this position is an integral part of the growth plans for the business, and will give the opportunity for a successful candidate to prove their ability. This position will be a senior role within the business, and will report to the Head of Business Development, providing support to MA activity through financial modelling, scenario analysis, business case preparation, and financial due diligence.
We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with significant experience working in either transaction services, or corporate finance, with a specific focus on MA activity. Strong financial modelling and business case preparation experience is required, as is high level communication ability, both written and verbal. Previous experience in the Energy sector is preferable, specifically focussing on the Renewable Energy and Utilities markets. We are looking for a candidate that has demonstrated ability in executing deals, including arrangement of Equity and/or Debt with external financial institutions.
