Corporate Finance Manager – Business Development – Singapore, Asia recruitment
This is a great opportunity to join an excellent company in a strong and secure industry. The company specialise in Shipping and Logistics throughout Asia and they have an opening within the senior management team working directly with the CEO. The position will manage and oversee:
- Corporate Finance - managing full tender processes, RFPs, client proposals and presentations, bid timelines, financial modeling.
- Corporate Finance assistance with acquisitions / refinancing / divestments
- Annual Budgeting - monitoring and managing, presenting to Board / Shareholders
- Relationship with external financiers/banks
- Management reporting - presenting to Board / Shareholders
- Working with Finance Manager - assisting / overseeing invoicing, all financial accounts, audit support
- Legal / Corporate Documents - reviewing and drafting of corporate documents and legal agreements
Experience required:
You must have at least 8+ years experience in Corporate Finance / MA / Private Equity business. You will ideally have business development and operational / strong client relationship management skills. Most of all you will be a dynamic and adaptable individual who wants to work within a good international team and contribute to the growing success of an expanding company.
