With the support of a high profile parent, DP World, PO has a growth strategy that is focused on global expansion of niche marine solutions into the resources, energy and government sectors.
Reporting to the group's Finance Director you will take on a pivotal role supporting company strategy and regional growth objectives. Key accountabilities will include:
- Leading a small, focused team to support and drive strategic business planning processes and business case development;
- Providing group level governance and oversight around new business development, mergers acquisitions, board reporting, company valuation as well as corporate and tax structuring.
You are a senior corporate finance professional with experience driving growth and business performance across large, complex and capital intensive organisations. With exceptional leadership and forward planning capability you effectively influence others and challenge the status quo to improve business outcomes. You are also a resilient change agent who naturally builds productive working relationships and enjoys developing others.
