Corporate Finance Manager recruitment
A rare opportunity has arisen for a highly talented Corporate Finance Manager to join a market leading Lead Advisory team within a Global Accountancy firm in Gatwick on a permanent basis. The team has a very strong pipeline of work at present and are seeking a Manager to help continue the team's steady growth and maintain the current high level of completed deals and transactions.
Your responsibilities as Corporate Finance Manager in a Lead Advisory team will be to manage all outputs on assignments from Information Memorandum's to financial models. Other areas of focus will include building client relationships through actively partaking in networking events, meeting and managing client expectations throughout the deal process, understanding technical issues in a deal and offering possible solutions, writing and reviewing professionally presented documents and closely mentoring the more junior members of staff.
To be considered for the role you must have proven experience in a deal origination role and have worked across a variety of different sectors. You must hold a professional accounting or corporate finance qualification and possess the ambitions to become an Associate Director within the next 2 years.
