Corporate Finance Manager – Results International recruitment
Candidates must have 3-5 years experience as a Corporate Finance Advisor, or a trained accountant with 1-2 years experience. Strong financial skills including modelling are essential. The successful candidate will be educated to a minimum of degree level and related professional qualifications (ACA, MBA, CIMA, CFQ, CFA).

We are currently enjoying a record level of activity and are now looking to recruit an additional Corporate Finance Manager to work closely with the Partners' and Directors' to manage projects from pitch through to Completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress within MA and gain experience across the full deal process. The successful candidate will get huge exposure to a wide range of client and new business activity as well as coaching from a bright and enthusiastic team of experts who work in a collaborative manner, at our new offices in Soho Square.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities
The individual will
- Work closely with the Partner/ Director leading the engagement
- Conduct financial and commercial business analysis to a high standard
- Conduct buyer and seller long and shortlisting
- Prepare confidential business profiles and information memoranda
- Project manage multi-party MA transactions
- Evaluate offers received
- Support the process of grooming for sale
- Support the client prepare for due diligence
- Coordinate other advisers due the process
- Proactively support other team members at all times
Secondary responsibilities
The individual will
- Support strategic consulting services to clients on long term retainer arrangements culminating in an eventual MA transaction
- Participate in the firm’s business development activities
- Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership initiatives
