Corporate Finance Manager (Shipping/Logistics) recruitment
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the Corporate Finance function of the company at a regional level: managing tender processes, RFPs, financial modelling for new projects and JVs, bid timelines, drafting proposal letters/presentations, reviewing agreements, etc.
You will also be involved in acquisitions/refinancing/ divestments; legal/corporate documents and assist the Finance Manager with the annual budgeting, relationship with external financers, Management/BOD/Shareholder Reporting, Assist with invoicing and bank accounts management.
You must have minimum 8-10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Private Equity or MA business at a senior level. You must be dynamic, independent and proactive.
