You’ll currently be working as a Corporate Finance Advisor in the TMT markets or a variant thereof, you’ll obviously be educated to degree level and you may have related professional qualifications (ACA, MBA, CIMA, CFQ, CFA). You’ll happily be able to multiple MA assignments from start to finish, manage client relationships as well as build trust with clients and other advisors. Strong financial modelling skills will clearly be part of your portfolio of skills as will be a great interest and enthusiasm for working with mid-market, owner-operated or VC/PE-backed companies on MA and fund-raising transactions.
