Corporate Finance Manager (VP) – Results International recruitment

We have been responsible for shaping our industry over the last 21 years through ground-breaking assignments such as the sale of Chemistry into Publicis, sale of Crayon to Karma Group, taking the Mission Group public, sale of the biggest digital agency in the Middle East, Flip, and a range of strategic assignments for clients such as Bigmouth Media, Acxiom and many more.

We are currently enjoying a record level of activity and are now looking to recruit a real star into our growing team. The successful candidate will be running deals from initial pitches to completion, freeing up our Partners to win more business. You will be leading teams and will get huge exposure to a wide range of client and new business activity as well as coaching from a bright and enthusiastic team of experts who work in a collaborative manner, at our new offices in Soho Square.

You have must be able to able to write good information memoranda, and have skills in due diligence overseeing the tax and legal side of deals. We are not looking for specific sector experience but you must have a good field experience and have been involved in the full lifecycle of a deal.

We are interested in applications from candidates with 3-5 years experience as a Corporate Finance Advisor, or a trained accountant with 1-2 years experience of MA.

Strong financial skills including modelling are essential. The successful candidate will be educated to a minimum of degree level and related professional qualifications (ACA, MBA, CIMA, CFQ, CFA).   Other key attributes include excellent writing and communications skills, good team work and a sense of humour!
