Job Description
Provide support in the coverage and/or execution of corporate finance transactions across industries.
Key Roles Responsibilities
- Managing and assisting in the preparation of financial models and business valuations
- Creating client marketing presentations
- Attending client meetings
- Conducting industry and company-specific due diligence related to transactions
- Drafting memoranda for sale assignments
- Attending drafting sessions for equity offerings
- Assisting in the development and continued cultivation of client relationships
- Developing an understanding of the underlying trends that affect equity capital markets
Qualifications Skills
- Degree or post graduate qualified from a top-tier school
- Prior experience in a top-tier investment bank with a track record in MA and capital markets transactions is essential
- Solid financial evaluation and excel abilities
- Ability to excel in both team and self-directed settings
- Strong work ethics, detail orientation and a passion for excellence
