Corporate Finance Senior Analyst, New Zealand
Our client is a global Public Accounting firm and currently seeking a Corporate Finance Senior Analyst to join their team in New Zealand.
You will undertake varied and interesting Corporate Finance work including:
*Due Diligence Reviews
*Business Valuations
*Financial Model Preparation
*Independent Accountant Reviews
*Merger and Acquisition Advice
*Equity raising and Debt Financing
You will work with an experienced team who will support and assist with your development
Requirements:
*ACCA, CA, CPA, CFE, PAS, PCE2 or equivalent qualified
*+3 years Business Advisory Services or Audit or Corporate Finance experience
*Big 4/Top 10 Auditors considered with ideally some Due Diligence and/or Valuations experience
*Experience dealing clients in a wide range of sectors
*Strong communication skills and reporting writing skills
*Numerically astute
