To build our corporate finance team we are looking for a
Corporate Finance Specialist
In this position, you will have the opportunity to play an important role in building Partners Group's corporate finance initiative into a leading, global practice. Your tasks will include:
- Leverage the internal industry and portfolio company network to generate leads
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to pro-actively originate corporate finance opportunities
- Debt advisory including arranging and syndicating debt for new transactions and existing portfolio companies
- MA advisory with an initial focus on sell-side mandates but eventually developing into comprehensive advisory activities
- Coordinate the equity or debt syndication process in conjunction with such business
For this challenging position, we are looking for a person who works well in a very entrepreneurial and global organization, someone who is a self-starter and possesses strong networking, organization, and execution skills. The successful candidate should have the following profile:
- 8 - 10 years of international work experience in corporate finance, ideally at a leading global investment bank
- Long-term successful and proven track record in deal origination and execution of debt and equity transactions
- Existing network in the private equity community, banks and intermediaries
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, long-term mindset and a strong desire to learn and succeed
