Corporate Finance Transaction Services Manager
I am currently recruiting for an opening to work for a reputable top 10 accountancy firm based within London. This leading accountancy practice is looking to hire a transaction services manager to join the team.
The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified with a thorough knowledge of transaction services activities, you will have previous experience in supervising members of staff, and for those in capital markets, a good knowledge of the relevant legislation. You will need to have a good understanding of, and experience within the field of financial due diligence, along with a developed sector knowledge.
Day-to-day duties will include the project management of large client engagements, preparing and reviewing reports, supervising junior staff, assisting the partner, director and assistant directors in the development of service practices, and building sustainable relationships with clients.
